As a member and co-composer of Eftekasat band, which was founded back in 2001, Ousso toured Europe, the United Sates of America and the Middle East performing at festivals like the Bansko jazz festival, Smolyan J festival (Bulgaria), Nisvil J festival (Serbia), San Jose j Fest (USA) and Carthage jazz fest (Tunisia). His latest performance abroad with Eftekasat was in the context of the Egyptian Cultural week in India.
On the local level, Ousso performed with Eftekasat at the Cairo Opera house, Sakia (Culture Wheel), Bibliotheca Alexandrina, Cairo Jazz Club, the SOS festivals..Etc.
Ousso contributed as a performer and composer in the release of the album of Eftekasat “Mouled Sidi El Latini” in 2006.
